How do I create a band or venue profile?

Sign up at giglynq.app and choose your role — Band or Venue. Your profile is free to create and takes about 5 minutes to set up.

How does Gig Radar work?

Venues post open slots with dates, pay, and what they're looking for. Bands browse and apply. Everything happens through GigLynq — no middleman, no commission.

Can I message venues directly?

Pro bands can message any venue directly without waiting for an open slot. Free bands can apply to posted Gig Radar slots and respond to venue messages.

How do I cancel my Pro subscription?

Go to Profile → Settings → scroll to the Pro Plan section → tap "Cancel subscription." You keep Pro access until the end of your billing period.

How do I log a show that was booked outside of GigLynq?

Go to your Bookings tab and tap "+ Add show." Fill in the date, venue or artist name, time, and rate. It goes straight to your calendar — no approval needed.

How do I manually confirm a booking with another user?

Go to their profile and tap "📋 Log a booking." Fill in the details and submit — they'll get an email to confirm or decline. Once confirmed, it appears in both calendars.

How do I delete my account?

Email us at support@giglynq.app with the subject line "Delete my account" from the email address associated with your account. We'll process it within 30 days.

What's the difference between Free and Pro?

Free accounts can apply to Gig Radar slots, message back venues who contact them, and manage their calendar. Pro bands can message venues directly. Pro venues get priority placement and bulk messaging tools.

I found a bug. How do I report it?

Email support@giglynq.app with a description of what happened and which screen you were on. Screenshots help a lot. We typically respond within 24–48 hours.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

On the login page, tap "Forgot password" and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.
